I went to Capital Casino (Clark). It was located on the 1st and 2nd floors of Xenia Hotel Clark. It seems to be run by Casino Firipino. There were machines on the 1st floor, but there were about 6-8 baccarat tables in the back (no customers). The 2nd floor seemed to be for high-stakes or banquet customers. I had never heard of this casino.

In the end, the Clark area (excluding Angeles Casino Filipino) has 3 large casinos (D Heights Casino by Hilton, Han Casino, Royce Casino) and 4 small and medium-sized ones (Fontana Casino, Midori Casino, Capital Casino, Hotel Stotsenberg Casino).
